On Monday, September 1, 2014, the Narcisse for Governor Campaign will present  “Ending Poverty in Iowa” at 1:00 p.m. at the Mercy Campus Holiday Inn, 1050 – 6th Avenue – Conference Room 109 in Des Moines, Iowa.
